This delicious oil is a blend of hand-harvested Arbequina olives that are crushed and bottled immediately to yield a fresh, bright, and bold flavor. The first olive oil of the season has a cloudy green color with a golden hue, a strong olive fruit flavor, and a slight peppery finish. Limited Quantity. This "Olio Nuovo" was harvested and pressed in October of 2017.
